Fill in the booking form to secure your trip. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your online order and a 40% non refundable deposit paid either via credit card, bank transfer or travellers cheque. A reservation can be changed only if space is available. An entire reservation that is changed will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to cancellation fees. You may also contact us for other payment methods.
If not, we consider it a cancellation and we apply the corresponding penalty (100% loss of deposit) The Full amount of your tour must be paid 30 days before the tour start date. If full payment is not received by this time we consider it a cancellation and cancellation penalties will apply.

 

Cancellation By The Client
Should you cancel your tour for any reason, such cancellation must be made in writing, and must be signed by the same person booked the tour. The official cancellation date will correspond to the day of receipt of this notice at our TravelShp Turkey Office. According to this date, the following cancellation fees apply:

More than 60 days before : 35% of the total cost of the tour ( excluding the cost of the race ticketsand deposit) 31 to 60 days before departure : 50% of the total cost of the tour (excluding the cost of race ticketsand deposit) Less than 31 days before departure : 100% of the total cost of the tour (no refund)

There is no refund on race tickets. For your own protection, it is strongly advised that you take adequate insurance cover on the same day you make your booking, to cover any cancellation costs.

Cancellation By TravelShop Turkey

• In circumstances beyond TravelShop Turkey's control such as war, terrorism, hostilities, riots or political unrest (or the threat of any of these), industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions or the withdrawal of (or significant interference with) travel or accommodation facilities, it may be necessary for TravelShop Turkey to cancel the Client's booking. In such circumstances, TravelShop Turkey will notify the Client of the cancellation as soon as practicable. Following such cancellation TravelShop Turkey may refund to the Client all or part of the monies paid.
• In other circumstances, such as insufficient demand for the tour, it may be necessary for TravelShop Turkey to cancel the Client's booking. In such circumstances tTravelShop Turkey will notify the Client of the cancellation as soon as practicable. TravelShop Turkey will then offer the Client a similar tour, if one is available, but if that is not acceptable to the Client, the TravelShop Turkey will refund all monies paid by the Client.

Liability
TravelShop Turkey or its agents shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss including consequential loss to any person or their possessions, including personal injury, disease or death from any cause whatsoever. TravelShop Turkeyshall further not be held responsible for any type of claim, including damages to persons or property, loss of enjoyment, delays and illness as a result of, but not limited to:

• Acts, errors or omissions, injury, loss, accidents, delays or irregularities that could be caused by the breakdown or defect of a land vehicle or airline carrier or any other company transporting passengers;
• Negligence, fault or omission on the part of a tour service supplier or its personnel, including all persons over which TravelShop Turkey has no direct or immediate authority;
• Theft, strike, illness, quarantine, mechanical failure, terrorist attack, war, government or police constraint, weather condition, or any other cause beyond our control, including any modification to the itinerary resulting from these events;
• Bankruptcy or suspension of activities of a carrier, or any other tour service provider.

While every precaution is taken on the tour,TravelShop Turkey or its agents does not hold itself responsible for death or any injury or loss, which might occur to such persons sustained from any cause whatsoever. The Client hereby indemnifies and holdsTravelShop Turkey and its agents harmless against any and all claims in respect of personal injury or damages either direct or consequential arising from any cause whatsoever as a result of the participation by the Client and persons under his authority on the tour.

Delays
TravelShop Turkey shall not be liable for any claims or if any additional expenses incurred through delays, accidents, or disruption of planned itineraries beyond the control ofTravelShop Turkey (e.g. flight delays, wars, strikes, weather, act of God, etc), and such expenses (e.g. hotels, meals, telephone calls, flight tickets etc.) are to be borne by the Client.


Passports & Visas:
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all the necessary travel documents and that they are valid and effective. You will need a current passport that is valid for at least 6 months and the necessary visa documentation. Check with your local embassy or travel agent to get more info on Visas etc. (None of our packages include flights and taxes)
Important Notice !
TravelShop Turkey holds the right to decline, accept or retain any person as a tour passenger should such person's health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general attitude impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour passengers.

The times on this itinerary are subject to change without notification. Our company is not responsible for last minute delays or change of the schedules. Our company agrees only to partial compensation in an effort to cover particular not- provided service in case of any failure and refuses to pay full refund or full compensation for any disappointment and any extra expenses.
Our company is not responsible for theft or loss of any belongings of clients.
Travel insurance is professionally advised to (F.I.T.) travelers for unpredictable incidents. TravelShop Turkey holds the right to cancel any of the tours in case there is not enough participation.
